These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kelvo website (the "Site") and the services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Kelvo ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and development business. You can reach us at lukpg.adv.tech@gmail.com.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or networks;
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Site without our written permission;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to the Site.

3. Inquiries are not contracts

Submitting an inquiry through the Site expresses your interest in working with us and is not a binding agreement. A project begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement or statement of work that sets out the scope, timeline, and price.

4. Project deliverables and revisions

Each project's scope, deliverables, and number of included revisions are defined in the agreement for that project. Revisions within the agreed scope and direction are included at no extra cost. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

5. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final balances, are specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work.

6. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, to the extent stated in your project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you have agreed otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components we build on remain our property or that of their respective licensors.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site and our deliverables may link to or rely on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, or fonts). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant project.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
